We offer a comprehensive range including LED walls, projectors, screens, cameras, lighting rigs, PA systems, audio equipment, staging, and more. Our catalogue includes over 500 items across all major equipment categories.

Pricing on Nexus is fully transparent. Vendors set their own day rates, and you can compare prices from multiple suppliers side by side. There are no hidden fees — what you see includes insurance and our marketplace fee.

We currently operate across the United Kingdom with nationwide delivery available. We're expanding to new regions — contact us for international enquiries.

Head to our Vendors page and register your company. Once approved, you can list your equipment, set pricing, and start receiving booking requests within 24 hours.

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage. If equipment is damaged during your rental period, our claims process is straightforward — report the issue through your dashboard and our team will handle the rest.

Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date receive a full refund. Modifications can be made at any time through your dashboard, subject to equipment availability.

We coordinate delivery through our logistics network. You'll receive tracking information and delivery updates through your dashboard. Delivery and collection are included in the booking price for most orders.
